Fruit Shop with Michael Defuster

Fruit Shop is an informal skill sharing group envisioned to provide a platform for discussing shared interests and passions. The intention is to bring together a regular and close-knit community. We want to develop a series of meetings that are cozy, and at the same time encourage the exchange and the growth of knowledge, without leaving any traces in the social media or the art world. Themes are as varied as the participants themselves, and so are formats of dialogue and media of presentation. We will strive to create an intellectual environment, where all voices, all genders, all races, and all abilities feel comfortable. Privacy, safety and tenderness are among our top priorities. We are open to all contributions if they come with a sense of responsibility, continuity and commitment to genuine curiosity and respect. All fruits are equal and at the same time unique. Our fruit-shop is fair trade! For our next meeting Michael Defuster, one of the initiators, is going to present his current work in the intersection of architecture, social research and cultural inquiry, focusing on questions on memory and trauma.
